UPDATED... I did finally get a response from Support. Be patient as their support team is working on it. I'd recommend if you don't get a response withing a few days to email support directly via their support line, or look for one of the responses from a support person and click on their profile...

Sounds like you found it already, but in case there are some other user searching: You can delete teams by going to My Fantasy Teams in your locker and using the button in the last column, Delete Account . This will remove a synced team.
