I get how the site can sub out injured players, but will the site also replace players that are not playing because of a bye week, like in NFL for example?

Replacing players automatically during their Bye weeks in the NFL is not supported.  It is however, a feature that we can implement if enough users feel they need it.  Users - if you would like to see this feature options, please say so....

Besides the automatic substitution for injury/pulled, automatically sub-ing players on bye-weeks would significantly cut down on my work load in managing all of my leagues (yes, I have a "sickness"). These two features alone would probably sell your site to any of my friends/co-workers that I play in leagues with.
